My husband and I decided to dine at your restaurant and ordered 24 rolls. However, due to an error, we mistakenly ordered 16 rolls with cheese. My husband does not eat cheese, and we immediately explained the situation to your staff. Unfortunately, we were told that nothing could be done about it, and we were required to pay for the rolls even though we were not going to eat them.
In addition, we ordered chicken rolls to replace the ones we could not eat, but the chicken neither looked nor tasted like chicken. Its red coloring resembled pork or another type of meat, which was very concerning. When we raised this issue, we were told that it was a matter of perception. However, it is objectively clear that properly cooked chicken does not have a red coloring like other meats.
Throughout our visit, the staff were dismissive and unaccommodating. While we paid for our order and left without further complaint, the entire experience was unpleasant. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, and the staff seemed indifferent about the possibility of losing a customer.

Lamentablemente, la calidad del producto ofrecido y la atención recibida estuvieron muy por debajo de lo que se espera de un restaurante que presume de ofrecer cocina japonesa de nivel.
Concretamente, todos los rolls de sushi que nos sirvieron presentaban un arroz visiblemente seco, viejo y mal trabajado, lo que provocaba que las piezas se deshicieran completamente al intentar cogerlas. La textura y el sabor eran claramente indicativos de que no se trataba de arroz recién preparado, lo cual es inaceptable en cualquier restaurante de sushi, más aún cuando se trata de un pedido de tal envergadura como el que realizamos: un combo de 56 piezas, por un coste superior a los 50 euros.
Al comunicar esta situación al camarero que nos atendía, su única respuesta fue un lacónico "bueno, ok", sin mostrar el más mínimo gesto de cortesía, disculpa o interés por solucionar lo ocurrido. Esta actitud demuestra una preocupante falta de profesionalismo y de respeto hacia el cliente. No solo se nos sirvió un producto de calidad deficiente, sino que además fuimos tratados con total indiferencia ante una queja legítima y razonable.
