Ribs — Restaurant in Madrid

We have stopped here for the past 3 years whilst driving through from France to Southern Spain. The service has always been good and the food great but unfortunately our experience this year had us leaving early, with unfinished plates and no plans to return. Service was awful, plates practically thrown down, no offers of sauces or checking in. The food was cold, and way below average, no offers of further drinks. It wasn’t particularly busy. We werden geholpen door Tommie, die ons uitstekend heeft bediend. De spare ribs waren ontzettend mals en smaakvol, echt een aanrader! Daarnaast genoten we van een verrukkelijke hamburger en een perfect bereide steak. De toetjes waren ook een schot in de roos, lekker en goed gepresenteerd. Kortom, een geweldige ervaring van begin tot eind. Dit restaurant is absoluut de moeite waard voor liefhebbers van goed eten en een fijne sfeer. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

English We had a delicious meal with three people at Ribs. The service was friendly and we felt welcome right away. Tommie served us excellently. The spare ribs were incredibly tender and flavorful, highly recommended! Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious burger and a perfectly cooked steak. The desserts were also a hit, tasty and well-presented. In short, a great experience from start to finish. This restaurant is definitely worth it for food lovers and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Food was less than good. The main course arrived before the appetizers. Then they brought the mains dishes and they were less than tepid. Quality was very disappointing. Ribs were very dry and fajitas vegetables were barely cooked.

Servers tried their best but it seems they had more work that they could chew. They were barely able to attend all customers.

We saw the food server touching food with bare hands with no gloves, he never washed his hands, uses the same the kitchen tong for all foods.
