Goiko — Restaurant in Madrid

The place is nice and the hamburger was fine but not great. It was not well done, the meat was red, they did not ask which term I preferred. Also, too many potatoes for the size of the hamburger. The drink comes separated and it can become expensive. €35 for two people. Regarding the service, I wanted terraza (outdoor) due to covid. So I entered the shop and they sat me by the crowd, I asked to be moved to an empty area, they said no! that area is not open today. Ok I resigned and stay. We order. They don't have a classic hamburger 🍔 So i order the best seller, that comes with bacon ( although I don't like the grease, but I preferred it over some complicated options. The menu letter size is extremely small. bring readers if you are over 40. So I used the QR code to display the menu on my cell. Then while waiting I asked if that terraza was theirs, pointing to the outside setting, and asked to be moved. They said ok I will prepare a table. Over 10 minutes but the food came and we finally stay indoor (second attempt to avoid covid risk). Meanwhile people kept coming in and the area I requested initially was already given to other people. Many drivers came in to pick up To-Go. The service became deficient due to not enough employees for the peak hour. We paid and left. Walked out and saw the terraza with only one table with customers and all other tables stacked and not set up. They did not set up the terraza. They did not bother to benefit covid minded customers. While all other neighboring restaurantes Terrazas where packed. The manage at their convenience, not the customer. Going back to the hamburger, its about 180 grams (they said that but is not shown). I cannot claim that I am objective when reviewing this amazing restaurant, I have a sweet spot for this concept of burgers grill. Without doubt, amazing food and amazing amazing hosts, Julito and Bea provided a warm welcome and attentive service. Team of cooks with the kitchen magically created dishes that blow my mind. So happy that I decided to spend the previous day 41st birthday in Goiko Grill - Las tablas. We tried the retro worker special and the special of the month, golden glaze, made out of. Our three-year-old daughter had the chicken fingers and french fries. Without an amazing dish and amazing environment, amazing attention, lightning music, everything combined, creating welcoming environment that enhance the entire experience even our dogs had a lot of fun feeling and taste delicious french fries at the restaurant. I like the complex vocabulary that I would need to the magic and alchemist of this great dish. I couldn’t be more grateful to the crew.
