JZs RestoBar — Restaurant in Madrid

Visited Jzs RestoBar for the 2nd time because I am craving for some authentic Filipino food cooked by a Filipino owned restaurant, its a last minute since decision to eat here since the other restaurant which unfortunately, the kitchen is under some renovation are unable to serve us and here you go, this resto save us from hunger though the waiting time is quite long but its all worth it, I ordered Kare Kare and Liempo and its a perfect match, I really like how they creatively made the pork blend with Kare Kare which usually a beef but suprisingly, it muy bien, veggies are fresh and the sauce, its heaven! The liempo is perfectly cook, I super liked it. Its a plus that the owner is very accommodating along with her mom. Definitely, I will be back...

We went back here after trying another filipino resto bar. The other place which had 4.8 reviews had tougher meat (beef, bangus & pork). This time at JZs we ordered tortang talong, karekare, dinuguan and the recommended dinakdakan. Every single dish is a winner. The meat are all tender and fresh. You can really taste when the ingredients are fresh. We even ordered adobo kambing for take away. We also had coffee and nesteas, rice and buko pandan all of these for €48.
