This mosque is located in a strategic area in Madrid, however, it is only open during prayer times. Shouldn't a mosque be open at all times?
Although the mosque is a place for worship, it is also meant for traveling Muslims (Musafir) who are seeking a mosque to meet other Muslims, as well as a resting place before heading elsewhere.
Do not turn the mosque into a place of worship like other religions that only open at certain times.
I waited in front of the mosque for several hours before Maghrib, and a man (Bilal) from inside came out of the mosque and said it was closed. You will answer to Allah later! By Allah, I do not forgive this.

If you want to make wudu or want to use toilet, go to first floor and change your shoes and take slippers provided and come down so things will be easy and clean.
