Nuevo Specialty Coffee — Restaurant in Madrid

This is hands down the best coffee I have had in Madrid. I live on the same street and have now tried all of the varieties they offer. Aside from that, the baristas really know their stuff about coffee. They take their time to explain the coffee process to you. I also need to mentione their homemade cakes. They are absolutely delicious. So much so that we ordered a whole one for a party that we were having. Si vede che c'è cura ai dettagli nella preparazione dei prodotti, nella scelta degli stessi e il locale non è male così come la position, con una terrazza all'esterno, anche se adesso non si può approfittare per il calore.

Ma devo fare delle precisazioni che fanno abbassare il voto:

1. "Attenzione al cliente" bassissima, toni freddi, domande crude e dirette, 0 tatto🥶.

2. Locale carino ma non si riesce ad approfittare di tutti gli spazi, se i primi tavoli sono occupati, perché è scomodo andare in fondo(suggerisco di posizionare meglio sedie e tavoli o forse sono troppo grandi)

3. Aggiungerei prodotti vegan nel menù (ora credo sia solo 1)

4. Non fare pagare 0,50€(!!) per latte vegetale, è già qualcosa di molto normale in Europa scegliere questo tipo di latte

Sul punto (1): siamo in Spagna, avete questo locale già da un po', dovreste essere più socievoli, aperti, cordiali, col sorriso sulle labbra😊 ma un sorriso che parte dal cuore, lo stesso cuore che usate per creare prodotti di qualità ogni giorno. Non dobbiamo adattarci noi a voi, siamo solari e aperti come spagnoli, latini (LATAM) e italiani e il calore umano FA TUTTA LA DIFFERENZA qui e in generale nel business, soprattutto quando si è a contatto col pubblico.

Avrei abbassato a 3 stelle solo per questo punto (1) ma so quanto sono importanti le ⭐️Reviews per un business e mi sto...

I like coming to this cafe because they have good coffee and matcha, but the service is super slow. If you go on a weekend, expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your coffee and food to be ready.
