Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal in der Pizzeria El Guiri und definitiv nicht das letzte Mal. Es war absolute Spitze! Hier wird alles so sehr mit Leidenschaft und Liebe gemacht. Angefangen von der tollen, sympatischen und sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Der Abend war von A bis Z einfach nur top! Von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert. Das Essen war der absolute Hammer. Wir haben die Spaghetti Carbonara und die Papardelle mit Filetstreifen an einer Champignonsauce gegessen. Ein grosses Dankeschön an den Koch, der auch super sympatisch ist und auf die Gäste eingeht. Wir haben in den letzten Jahren schon in sehr vielen Restaurants auf Mallorca gegessen, aber dieses Essen bleibt eines der Besten. Und die selbstgemachten Teigwaren ein Genuss! Aja, unbedingt den Tipp zur Vorspeise probieren, das Citronen Carpaccio. Eine wahre Empfehlung! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Wenn jemand auf der Suche nach einer Pizzeria ist mit italienischen Spezialitäten, dann empfehle ich diese Pizzeria auf Mallorca. Der Koch sowie der Service Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und anständig. Und haben sich wirklich mit den Italienischen Speisen auseinandergesetzt. Weniger ist manchmal mehr und das zeigt auch die Speisekarte. Als Vorspeise nahmen wir einen Provolone im Ofen, der supper lecker war und den ich wieder bestellen würde! Als Hauptspeise hatten wir eine Pizza Inferno und eine Pizza El Parma bestellt, einfach nur Bombe ich denke die Bilder sagen mehr als 1000 Worte. Zum Desser gab es Cheesecake mit Aprikose, mhhhh. Wer einen Aufenthalt in Mallorca plant, kann nicht auf diese Pizzeria verzichten, es lohnt sich einen Platz zu reservieren. Parkplätze ind der Nähe im Parkaus verfügbar zu fuss nur 4min entfernt. Passt perfekt.

Local petit i acollidor, amb decoració elegant, però senzilla. L’ambient és bo, tot i que per la mida del local, l’acústica fa que hi hagi i es senti el soroll ambient de la gent. El servei ha estat molt correcte, el cambrer és simpàtic i molt amable, atent i educat, i encara es permet el luxe de fer alguna petita broma per treure’n un somriure. Pel que fa al menjar, nosaltres hem optat per les pizzes que són bones, bastant carregades d’ingredients i amb una massa que et sorprèn perquè és gruixuda i flonja, però també cruixent. La combinació dels formatges de la pizza és molt bona. Disposen l’oli covent per a aquells clients que els hi agrada donar aquest toc a la pizza o la pasta. Els preus són correctes i raonables.

Amazing experience! Went with a friend and her mom and wow! Ambiance and decor was spot on. The service was top notch- Tomeu was wonderful (Apologies if I spelled the name incorrectly); he spoke wonderful English which was a real help for us since we're still learning Spanish and Catalan. Helpful and considerate and the chef came out at one point to help bring dishes, enjoy a limoncello with us, and ensure we were enjoying our meals. We shared a bottle of beautiful red wine, I got the carbonara, and they had gnocchi and a shrimp pasta. Everyone raved about their dish. BEST carbonara I've EVER had, and beats meals I had in Italy. Best meal I've had on the island! We got both of the desserts they offered, one a yogurt mousse with strawberries, and the other a bread pudding with mascarpone, and apricots-- Amazing!
