Slowboat to China — Restaurant in Manilva

Hello, I am writing to inform you that on Wednesday 11th of April we ate at your restaurant 'Slow Boat to China' and I thought I must write to tell you how amazing your restaurant is. As soon as we sat down starters were taken to our table, and we were asked what we would like to drink. One minute later our drinks were on the table. After we ordered our drinks we were are asked if we were ready to order our food. We ordered seven thing to eat and five minutes later it was all laid on the table. This restaurant also has fabulous food, my sister said she has never tried such amazing egg fried rice! Another one of this restaurant's outstanding qualities are the staff who are all so friendly. I also really liked the fact it was very calm as there wasn't loud music or anyone shouting unlike over places. I don't normally like Chinese food but I had never been to a restaurant with such good food. The lighting gave a nice ambience and the chairs were very comfortable to sit in. We had eaten here countless times under many years and travels to Duquesa. But this whole experience was a disaster. All food was cold, 4 dishes were incorrect and when we explained my wifes main was missing 3 different people just came and looked at the dish of noodles that also were incorrect before her main finally after some time came. When the fars was over and we wanted to pay and just leave we had to tell them 3 times and wait 15/m even though it was almost empty. Then the head waiter or what ever he was asked me if I had enjoyed my stay I explained about all these problems and that I had never experienced anything like this there before and would never return again..the silly man just laughed and laughed. 2 other customers had similar experiences while we were there.This once quite decent Chinese has gone down the drain. The best restaurant I have ever visited! The food was so delicious and cheap😋 But I wish, more spicy sauce because there is people that loves spicy food, I think everyone should try the spring rolls cause they are so tasty, I think that the chef is so talented! He do an amazing job and cook the food not only tasty, beautiful also!The waiters are sweetest people I ever seen at restaurants, and the fastest waiters I think😊.
