The kids Got their food really Quick. We were 5 adults, and after we finished out starters we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before the food were served after at least 3 reminders. One of us had entrecote medium done. This came Well done, after a complaint the dish came out Even more cooked!!!!! Another complaint was done and a new good dish came to the table after all the other in the party had finished their meal. with eterone of the employres Said they were sorry. When I noticed the owner of the whole situation he Said he was sorry. But an excuse coming after I have asked for it dies not country. We expected a compensation after this kind of treatment. But the bill container everything + some extra. I have never expirienced so bad customer treatment ever. We received the entrecote for free after a lot of arguments with one of the owner. Mistakes happens, but you have to be sorry and treat your customers with an open mind and tell the what happened. There were not many customers when we arrived 19.30, we left the restaurant 22.30 with two exhausted children....

This review is written with a lot of regret as clearly someone cares a lot about this restaurant.

Every other experience in Duquesa has received 5 star review but this was poor.

We were a group of 10 and the food was OK but service ruined the experience. Some finished their mains before others had arrived. I had the sole which was OK and others enjoyed theirs but biggest complaint was cold food.

We had a side not turn up at all that was included in the bill. The lady collecting the bill went off to check and then came back 10 minutes later without any knowledge of a missing side expecting full payment.

Making money has been prioritised before quality of food as there are far too many bookings for the kitchen size.

A big let down as this was suggested by a member of our party who was quite embarrassed about...

Made a point of reserving a table, turned up and table had not been reserved .. if a restaurant doesn’t want to reserve tables, just say?! Ordered 4 drinks .. only 3 turned up. Reminded them of the missing drink, then they charged us for the missing drink! Impossible to order food and you’re made to feel inferior to the locals. Quite clear that this restaurant is focusing on getting as many people in as possible and the service is clearly being affected.

Almost every restaurant in Duquesa offer a free shot after your meal, which in my opinion goes a long .. they didn’t offer here … Unless you’re a local Spanish person, I...
