McDonald's — Restaurant in Marbella

We jsut been there and we orederd our food nothing was rong with our order and food all good except that i went to the order disk and asked for help that if someone speak english becouse my spanish is not that good so i can explane but i speak advance spanish any way the gril from the kitchen camed to talk with me english i asked if i can celebrate my son birthday at the moment there . so the manager girl sayed no becouse the cakes they have are frozen so they cant make birthday now then i sayed its ok for cake we have our cake with us all we need just to cut it and celebrate our 4 year old son birthday i was just thinking maybi they put some baloons and that all good to make my son feel happy but the manager sayed no the cake are frozen and you cant bring cake from outside to macdonald i sayed ok forget our cake then i asked can we just celebrate the birthday with any baloons all i needed is advise to just make our son happy then again the manager girl she sayed no you cant celebrate birthday now its after 5 o clock so by being upset we jsut feeled ignored first time in macdonalds like that when you feel all doors are close infront of you then when i tried to go back to our table i speak some spanish to explane to the manager that this is not good then she keepd walking and sayed ohh look you speak good spanish why you speaking english then so i was really upset becouse shes not in charge to judge me that wich language i should talk all i wanted to speak english becouse my english is better tham spanish but any way we enjoyed our meal and she not even bring one baloon to my son either she knowed thats its a child birthday im so sorry but we never had this experince in macdonalds befor and we are really feel sorry for this coustumer service in macdonla marbella on the way to ojen next the bomberos station . Today we were served by the rudest woman ever! We were a group of friends ordering through Mcauto and she could not be bothered creating different checks for us so we could pay separate!! We told her that we have done this before but she said that “this is the national policy” in such a bad tone. When we asked for her name she answered “Pepa” and she laughed, then she just left us there shouting to her supervisor that we were being disrespectful and she didn’t want to deal with us. I’m so DISAPPOINTED that I had to leave the car just to order using a new check and this way I could pay separately!! If she does not want to work dealing with people I don’t think she has the right job!! Regarding to the woman I just know she had glasses and she was white.

El mejor restaurante de McDonald’s que he probado nunca:

Vivo en Algeciras. Fui a pasar el día a La Cañada el día 23/07/2023. Preferimos comer en este McDonalds ya que el de La Cañada estaba muy lleno y la terraza estaba llena de coches. Hay mucho aparcamiento en ambos restaurantes.

Este local se sitúa al lado de La Cañada; aproximadamente a unos 200 metros. Cuando fuimos estaba abarrotado de gente, todos los kioskos con colas de 6-7 personas. No sé cómo pudieron sacar los pedidos con tanta velocidad.

Me acuerdo que pedí en el Kiosko, pagué en el mostrador después de una cola de 5 minutos; me senté en una mesa de fuera, ¡y no pasaron ni 30 segundos que mi pedido ya estaba en la mesa preparado! Increíble la velocidad.

Yo trabajo en comida rápida también, y a veces trabajar en este sector es complicado. Me sorprendió una barbaridad que el servicio fuera tan rápido y que todo estuviera taaaan limpio, ni una mesa sucia. En Algeciras y Palmones no suele ser así.

¡La comida estaba increíble!, hacía tiempo que no probaba unas patatas de mcdonalds bien hechas, unos nuggets recién hechos y unas hamburguesas así. ¡Enhorabuena!

En serio que me sorprendí muchísimo, tengo ganas de ir a La Cañada y volver a este McDonalds solo por la grandísima experiencia tan positiva que recibimos.

Velocidad insuperable, sabor increíble, todo recién hecho y ardiendo.

Pd: Lo único los aparcamientos deben mejorar la peatonalización de la zona ya que tuvimos que ir andando por la calzada; no hay acera. Además la iluminación del parking es bastante deficiente. Pero esta crítica se la pongo a McDonalds para que lo reclame al ayuntamiento, o que ellos mismos lo arreglen. Seguro que habrá habido accidentes en esa zona. Muy mal por el ayuntamiento...
