I am Very disappointed with the situation we had tonight, the food is excellent, but the attitude was disgraceful. we had a Bill between 2 people that came to about €75( including tip) we tried to pay with card and it was automatically rejected-(before asking for pin code), we knew there was money in the account and tried again- double checked we put pin in correctly but again, it said operation was denied without asking for pin, we thought it might be a problem with the card itself and tried another- same thing happened-it just denied it so I tried through my phone and a 3rd card and again it wasn't going through- I said that it must be their card reader and they were incredibly rude and insisted that it worked for everyone else, basically said that i didnt have the funds to pay for the meal- i was extremely embarrassed as there was 5 staff around my table all arguing in indian with eachother, eventually after i insisted, they swapped machine and it went through without a problem but only after 20 attempts -i couldn't believe it. ive spent years of dinning or taking away once a week here and plenty of money spent, I will not be returning. I was left completely mortified by the whole situation. I have recommended mini india to everyone...
