Zoco Home Marbella — Local services in Marbella

Look at the photos and tell me honestly: how could anyone seriously “misuse” a €1,000 little table kept under a covered terrace?....

I purchased a solid elm wood table from Zoco Home in Marbella. However, after a few months, dark sticky stains appeared on the surface. After some research, it became clear that this was caused by the natural migration of resins and oils inside the wood when exposed to heat or sunlight. After three weeks of confusion between the shop and customer care, they finally agreed to replace the table — but ... only to change their mind the very next day, claiming “outdoor misuse.” The same model is displayed outdoors on the covered terrace of their own Marbella showroom, under identical conditions. When I pointed this out, they replied that “the weather is different” — though I literally live next to Marbella (20 min). Zoco Home claims to stand for authenticity and craftsmanship — but when faced with a problem, they hide behind contradictions instead of acting with integrity.

We ordered a dining table in Zoco and we were told its 2 weeks waiting time, but we received our table only in 5weeks. Table made of microcement, but more reminds of a plastic and when it was delivered we were very unhappy, because table had some defects and it was not very stable. When we reached office they said we will have to wait 4 more weeks for a new table, or we will receive credits in their shop, which we didnt need. the problem was not solved. Do...
