Condesa - Esmorzars i Cafè d'Especialitat — Restaurant in Mataró

Such a disappointment. We ordered at the bar and then got seated. About 10 minutes later, the same waitress came to our table to take our order again. Shortly after, she returned to tell us that her colleague had in time sold the pistachio cookie we ordered.

We ended up waiting around 25 minutes just for a flat white and 2 nutella cookies. When the order finally arrived, the waiter brought 20 cents to our table, explaining that since we had to take another nutella cookie instead of the pistachio (which was more expensive by €0.20). The strange part? We hadn’t even paid yet. The waitress assumed we had already settled the bill, and technically we could have just walked out without paying. When we went to clarify, she looked shocked — and it turned out our order wasn’t even entered into the system.

On top of that, almost every table around us was covered with dirty dishes. For a café listed on the Coffee Trip app, the experience was far below expectations. Really chaotic and disappointing overall. Cookies were tasty but we paid 12€ for all this and it was...

Nuestra experiencia en cuanto a servicio ha sido agradable. Al llegar esperamos fuera, algunos minutos.

Lamentablemente lo que queríamos probar no había: cheese cake y roll de canela. Tampoco nuestras segundas opciones: lemon pie y red velvet. La oferta era algo limitada, no había pasteles tal vez por ser domingo a media mañana.

Hemos terminado pidiendo roll de chocolate, una dona y una tostada Benedict. Los primeros nos han parecido bien, la tostada con el pan un poco gomoso, un salmón mejorable y con un precio un poco alto (casi 13€).

El café de temporada (con calabaza) excesivamente dulce, y el café panna bien. En total hemos gastado unos 26 euros.

Las presentaciones son muy buenas. La ambientación del lugar también.

Creo que la capacidad del lugar es para máximo 20 personas sentadas, sugeriría a futuro si quisieran ganar un poco de espacio subir las lámparas y dejar solo un baño completo (el apto para movilidad reducida) ahorrándose el espacio del otro baño y del antebaño.

Nos han dado una tarjeta de fidelidad, cada 6 café te regalan 1. Y nos han puesto cubiertos tanto para lo dulce como para lo salado.

I had the pleasure of dining at Condesa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch, and the food was truly amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home.
