A wonderful experience eating in The Forest restaurant at Castilla Termal Hotel Solares. The food was fantastic, showcasing fresh and good quality ingredients. Someone should tell the maitre that when a table says they don’t drink alcohol, it is very inappropriate to leave the wine menu “just in case”.

The place is really overpriced for what it is but that’s expected from the Castilla Termal...

Nos alojamos un par de días en el Hotel Castillo Termal de Solares y comimos y cenamos en el Restaurante que tienen habilitado. Por la mañana nos pedimos los Torreznos y 2 sandwichs club, muy rico. De postre una torrija de sobao pasiego, estaba buena pero nada que ver con la torrija tradicional. Por la noche nos pedimos unas croquetas de jamon y un pulpo para compartir, de postre tarta de queso y tarta de hojaldre. Relación calidad - precio muy buena y el personal es encantador, si volviese a alojarme aquí sin duda volvería a comer aquí....
