So disappointing. The service was incredibly slow. We had to ask for menus twice after being sat for much longer than expected considering the number of staff working. We were told it was because they were moving people in from the rain (after asking the first time) but had a lengthy wait until we had to ask again and then eventually be served. The servers all wore headsets (why?) and some seemed very distracted and often looked past customers trying to politely get their attention. If we hadn’t been so hungry we’d have walked out. We’d have loved to have tried the tapas but with the slow service, opted for main meals. The seabass and tuna were good, the moussaka okay. We also ordered a burger well done which came rare/medium at best. There was no problem sending it back to be cooked very well done - just my personal preference and not an insult to the chef - but it came back still pink in the middle which was so disappointing. No one came to check on us and I was too embarrassed to complain again so gave it someone else on the table. Overall the experience was very disappointing after the glowing reviews we’d seen. Maybe it was just a bad night, I always take negative reviews with a pinch of salt. Compared to service we’ve received in other eateries throughout Spain, the contrast was stark and I wouldn’t recommend based on...

It’s a lovely looking restaurant from the outside and inside is very pretty too. Staff and service is friendly, professional and attentive. However our experience of the food was quite disappointing. I just had a burger and my friend had one of the pork dishes. The food came out surprisingly fast which suggests to me it’s not cooked totally fresh. My friends was also slightly cold. With it being gastro I would have expected them to ask how I’d like my burger cooking, which they didn’t, when it arrived it was really quite rare, I still ate it as it was just ok. This is just my experience, I can see from other reviews everyone really rated it. I just can’t. I’m not meaning to be rude or disrespectful in any way, just...

We ordered tapas here for the first time ..we waited ages for our food ..kept on trying to get the waitress attention but she was too busy booking reservations ...she eventually came over and went to take our plates ... I said we haven't had the food yet she said ok and went off to the kitchen .with no explanation she bought the food out 10 mins later ..it was scrummy and when she took our plates I told her so...5 minutes later a dessert came out which I didnt order and the waitress said this is on the house the chef says sorry! I thought that was really sweet and enjoyed my free dessert ..obviously they had misplaced our order but who cares as the free dessert made up for it 😁.it was a...

We had tapas. Grilled avocado was good. The tortillas de camarrones came as one piece. It was crunchy and tasty. The rabo de toro croquettes we're tasty but a bit too mushy for my friend. The small burger was tasty. It's a bit upscale and the prices are as well. Moderate but up there. I wasn't keen about the music. A bit too loud for my taste. There place is on the main drag so there are cars and large buses driving by. If you want quiet. It's not the place for you. Service was efficient. I wouldn't say it was especially friendly. But not unfriendly.

Enjoyed tapas and sangria at this restaurant located in the perfect place in Mijas Pueblo. There were traditional tapas as well as some made from other cuisines (fajitas, bao buns & duck) which was an interesting and welcomed twist on the usual meals. The food was well cooked, beautifully presented and so delicious. There are other meals on the menu as well offering great variety for food and drinks. The staff were attentive, helpful and lovely. Would 100% recommend this restaurant if visiting the beautiful village of Mijas!

Visited the town, very relaxing and we stopped here for a quick bite to eat. We ordered Oxtail croquettes with goat cheese and prawns and rice with masala sauce. The prawns with the crispy rice on the outside and soft on the inside was really good. The oxtail initially was good but then it took on the same texture plus the seasoning could have been better. The goat cheese was ok but over powered the meat flavor. However all other dishes that I saw looked good so I be back to evaluate more. Service was pleasant and efficient.
