AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

A truly dreadful experience. The food, the staff, the service, and then the audacity to charge an extra 10% service fee on top of the bill.

Waited 25 minutes for food to come. ‘Ceasar Salad’ was awful. A mountain of iceberg lettuce, cold hard chicken escalope pieces, bacon, cubes of cheese and doused in salad cream. McDonald’s do better salads.

Grilled Rosada, dry and tasteless, seemed like it had been cooked from frozen. We complained about the poor quality of the salad but were told nothing could be done as we had already eaten some of it. No gesture, no replacement, no nothing.

The bill then came and we noticed they had included a 10% ‘incremento’ charge on top. We queried this and they said it was a standard IVA charge. At no other restaurant that I’ve been to has there been this charge. We contested it but we were rudely told to pay up. At this stage we just wanted to go and didn’t have the energy to keep arguing, so we paid. I have since found out that this charge is illegal and restaurants have no legal right to enforce this. Please be aware!

This has been the single worst restaurant experience during my time here on the costa del sol. Please do not give these...

I visited on the 8th November with two friends . We originally wanted food and drinks, however the waitress came over, didn't offer a menu and we had an uneasy silence for a minute. In the end we went for a safe option and ordered coffees. I did want milk with mine and none came. My friend had to ask and some milk was given with an abrupt manor. Personally, i felt that we were not welcome here and we quickly drank...

Saying it again and again, the Spanish service is what it is due to their mentality and culture, something i need to get used to while visiting their lovely country. Here in this bar we came for breakfast, not sure they are costumes to serve breakfast since the variety of food was not much, but the food we were served was good. The restaurant is on a busy road and there is a much to see and hear...
