We go here all the time and there no issues usually, The woman today was very busy and stressed . My two children are Austic and adhd the kids was so called messing with sugar and the toys there selling , she came over and slammed the bill on the kids table and shouted at one of the children who was 11 sat down on the step outside the cafe .the bill was sat there for 15 mins as she avoided the table and only came to take payment as we had to ask twice for her to come over…

I asked her politely not to adress the children and speak to the adults to which she replied I normally stay quiet but your children was here the other day and spat sweets on the floor which she never brought to our attention the sweets were given to our children by a member of staff but we wasn’t aware that any went on the floor! She made a scene to embarrass us as a family and when challenged about her attitude towards us and her hostile behaviour she immediately pointed towards the cameras after paying for the bill she proceeded to escalate the situation by saying can I just give you a word of advice DONT EVER GO TO A RESTAURANT BECAUSE ITS NOT FOR YOU PEOPLE… by you people I assume she means us of Jamaican and mixed heritage which is racist. And discrimination.. I will not go to this place again , the English woman attitude and behaviour was disgusting and unnecessary disrespectful. In 20 years of me coming here to Spain I have never been spoken or addressed to like that. Or my kids...

My wife has been going on about this place for months, as she had been there a few times with friends, so we gave it a try together.

First things first. This place gets busy, so you need to book a table if you are going at peak periods. You will see why.

They also only open during the day, so you have to go for lunch here, which is great for us as we are not fans of evening meals.

I let my wife choose my lunch as she had been there before, and I was not disappointed.

The home-made guacamole with home-made tortillas was amazing. I had the Meat Feast Salad (I know it sounds bizarre), which was delicious and beautifully presented. Almost a shame to eat it.

She had the vegetarian falafel warp, which looked very appetising, and must have tasted good as I was not allowed any.

Great place for vegetarians as the extensive menu is almost 50% vegetarian, so lots of choice for everyone.

Desert is something else. All home-made, and displayed so you can choose. The chocolate fudge cake, well, don't try to sleep afterwards. Everything looked fabulous, and I think next time I might try having 3 deserts!

Staff are very friendly and service is excellent. Portions are reasonable, which is great as you want to get to the desert, and prices are very good given the quality of the food.

Highly recommended and no doubt we will be going there many times, specially as they are not too...

I would like to point out that this review is from a vegan point of view. The service was excellent. There is seating inside and outside. Very popular with families. Lots of Brits. Good for a quick snack or meal. Reasonably priced. Good portions. They have a tapas menu which has hummus, guacamole, falafel ( they come with a yogurt sauce but that can be easily omitted). On their main menu they had a couple more vegan options, the server also offered to veganized a couple of things by removing a sauce and such. They also have a daily menu on the board, unfortunately there were no vegan options on the day I went, plenty of vegetarian. They could’ve so easily have made their veggie shepherd pie vegan by using margarine instead of butter for the mashed potatoes. They had no vegan desserts on the day I went, but I was offered a fruit salad. I don’t know if they have vegan desserts normally. I ordered the vegan chilli. It was excellent, spicy as in flavoursome but not hot, if you like it hot I guess you can ask for hot sauce. It was served with steamed white rice. The thing I liked about it is that it felt like a home cooked meal. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the lack of vegan desserts and vegan options on the daily menu. If they fix these 2 things then I will definitely give them 4 stars. Will be...

'UPDATE FEB 2018: I came back for another breakfast time and quality still absolutely top. I love this place!' After i found it on Facebook and Tripadvisor i just had to try it for breakfast. I had the Thai Style Porridge (Oats cooked with coconut milk & brown sugar & topped with sliced banana, toasted flaked almonds & a drizzle of coconut cream). It was absolutely the best oatmeal and breakfast i've ever had in my life. It was so delicious! I also had a great hot chocolate with marshmallows. My party had buttermilk pancakes and full english breakfast and they was very happy and satisfied aswell. Service was fantastic, friendly and food came quickly.

The food is fresh, quick, and a pleasant respite when visiting from another country. The staff is fluent in English and caters to a lot of regular expats. The deli next door is a hidden gem, providing delicious food at reasonable prices to take back to your residence. Eat there and eat later at your hotel. You'll thank me later...btw the quiche is prepared perfectly and is a great meal to start the day with.

One of the best breakfast places in the costa. Crowded though. For 5 more personal service. Will be back... Back and closer to 5... 2024-03-31 update: I ate the most minimal salad I had ever seen. Geek salad, it was called, and perhaps that fooled me expecting a Greek salad. Lowering from 4 to 2.
