We recently visited Pizzeria Pulcinelle, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The service was practically non-existent—staff seemed uninterested in us, and when they finally bothered to take our order, they still managed to get it wrong. As for the food, it was well below any reasonable standard. Our pizzas arrived overcooked, tasteless, and painfully dry, as though they had been left out far too long. There was no hint of quality or freshness whatsoever, and the sparse toppings failed to deliver even the slightest bit of flavour. In short, Pizzeria Pulcinelle utterly failed to meet even the most basic expectations of taste and service. Everything about our experience was disappointing, and it truly felt like nobody at the restaurant

I tried to reserve a table to watch the sunset on the terrace and a meal via email, Facebook and Instagram, all received no reply, the phone was either constantly engaged or just ringing. We went hoping and were informed the Facebook is no longer used as they were hacked and a shrug to the rest. They offered a table on what looked like an old side terrace which we accepted as we had driven up and everywhere else was full. There was no shade but the views were amazing, the staff were always checking in and the food was tasty BUT not the experience we were looking for we could hear the music and toast upstairs for the sunset although we had our little side balcony to ourselves it was a bit flat.

A mi no me hacéis perder...
