Restaurante Felipe San Bernabé — Restaurant in Mojácar

My wife and I visited last night and had a fantastic paella. Every other restaurant we had asked told us to request one in advance. When I asked if it was available they told me yes, but I had to wait for it to be cooked. I told the staff this was no problem as we were looking forward to a good paella. We had an entrada of croquetas and sipped our wine in anticipation. When it arrived it was fantastic. Filled with mussles, clams, prawns and decorated with langostines. The staff were very happy and friendly. They even put up with my terrible Spanish ! It is in a perculiar position , on the bend of a road that is a car park. As it is partially obscured from view it did not seem to attract many customers walking past. My wife and I are so glad we found it as we were going to give up after walking miles. We had a large bottle of water, croquetas and a bottle of house red for €50. Altogether excellent value and service. We really recommend this restaurant based on our visit....

Hemos tenido la mala suerte de tener que desayunar aquí dos días por no tener otro sitio disponible, es una pena que teniendo bebida y comida adecuado el servicio sea pésimo. Más de una hora para unas tostadas, algunas camareras antipáticas... Y algunos precios abusivos. Te pides un cola cao y te cobran 4 euros y para colmo quieren cobrarte 4 euros más por ponerte un sobre extra de cola cao, cuando es leche en vaso de café. No volveríamos ni lo recomendamos. ‐--‐------------------------------------------------------------ Tras la respuesta del propietario hacer unas aclaraciones: Dejar platos con malas formas y malas contestaciones por pedirte algo que no has traído no es adecuado. Hasta los propios camareros estaban gritandose en el interior del establecimiento. Una pena, no tener la cuenta para ver el apartado que ponía: 2 batidos choco 8 euros, una vez hemos reclamado han decidido bajar el precio dado que el día anterior no era mismo precio. Como cliente puede decir lo que veo mal, sin que a usted le moleste, cobrar el doble del precio de un producto por poner un sobre extra de cola cao como si estuvieras tomándote dos vasos de leche a mi juicio es excesivo, sin más. Y si fuimos allí porque el resto de sitios no servían desayunos, algunos por el horario y otros por estar llenos, aún así, la comida no está mala simplemente el servicio es muy lento, y les...
