I went here to buy lunch at the drive thru and ordered 2 large fries and a triple whopper. My wife called me as I was placing the order and told me that she had changed her mind and wasn't hungry. No problem, as I hadn't even completed the order, let alone paid for it, this was surely not a problem, right?
I pulled up at the window and handed over a 20 euro note, not really paying much attention to my change (my mistake, but I didn't realise that there were now thieves working at the drive thru) and went to the next window to collect the food. They handed me a bag that weighed far too much, so I opened it to find no fries and a triple whopper. I asked the manager to change the food and give me the correct change, but she claimed that they could not do anything about it as "the burger was already made" (a burger that literally had been cancelled before even paying for the order - of only Burger King were ever this quick!) rather than simply tell the truth, accept their mistake and tell the truth.
I tried to reason with them. Nothing. Stonewall responses. I contacted Burger King customer "service" and received a standard mail telling me that they were sorry and they were dealing my complaint. 6 weeks later they mailed me to tell me that I should have made my complaint before leaving the restaurant, demonstrating that they don't even read the complaints anymore, so I wrote back and told them that, as I had already stated, I never left the drive thru the entire time. They wrote back to ask me for my receipt. Absolute joke.
Never eating in any of their restaurants again, along with all of my friends and family and literally anybody else I can convince to avoid this company like the plague.
They took a literal brand ambassador and turned me into their worst detractor over 2 portions of fries. You think that care about you...

I don't understand how the 3 people, working in the section directly behind the counter could be so ineffective and disorganised. The food in the heated section seemed to be ready promptly and effectively but the 3 staff responsible for packing the orders seemed to lack even the most basic organisational skills. There were 8 orders on the board ahead of mine. It took 17 minutes for the 3 staff to get these 8 orders out, none of which had more than 2 main menu items plus a side.. I do not understand how it could take as long as it did with the food clearly coming out of the kitchen within a minute or so. Counter staff rude, wandering around aimlessly (although not cleaning or tidying) stood around talking or staring off into space. Utterly baffling. Severe training issue here. Read moreBuenas noches . Cene hoy allí lo primero a la hora de pedir te obligan a ir a hacerlo a las pantallas de auto pedido, pero por dios primero tendrán que funcionar no ? Por qué no iba ninguna ! Otra cosa que pasa aquí es que quieres pagar con tarjeta 💳 y no te deja, pues tienes que seleccionar obligado efectivo e ir a pagar a caja , que no si quiera te miran los empleados ... Y te comes otra cola , no tiene mucho sentido esto . Uno de sus empleados me dijo que él cobra a a la gente "por qué le da pena " que no le dejan hacerlo , perdona ? Pena , no entie do esto tampoco .
Después pido menú sin gluten como siempre y me tardan mucho el pedido poniendo la patatas más frías del mundo ... No entiendo como no se coordinan con esto , nuestras que no esté la hamburguesa 🍔 por qué salen las patatas 🍟 ? Encargado , ponte a coordinar este tipo de cosas !
Pido los vasos por beber algo depues de 30 minutos y no me los dan .. que se lo pida a otro compañero, tampoco entiendo esto.
Pues llega el pedido lo habro y la carne es la grande de un menú pues abres la carne y es la carne más pequeña del mundo , esto lo digo y lo corrigen .
Otra cosa que me pasó es que intente seleccionar ketchup en las pantallas y no iban ... Costaba la vida poder quitar o añadir ingredientes, se lo digo al entregar el pedido y me dice que no pueden darme kechup, estuve un minuto debatiendo por 3 sobres de kechup , la próxima vez me traigo una bote de mi casa de medio litro a ver quién me dice algo .
Y para final me pido un cono , y el chico se pone a hacerlo cuando toda la noche he estado viendo sacar helados , y le explota todo loquido , eran las 23 y 20 de la noche , me dice que me espere me espero hasta las 23 y 50 voy yo a preguntar y me dice otro que es que no tiene helado ... Tiene sentido algo ?
En resumen , ahora me contestaran un copia y pega , pero estamos hablando de un tema muy serio cantidad de trabajo mal echo y de falta de empatía hacia los que os dan de comer , será una franquicia pero es que aquí pagamos todos .
Me gustaría explicación de todos estos fallos , gracias y espero una contestación elaborada no un copia y pega...
