Selecting "S'Albufera" for our encore Grand Finale Tuesday evening October 19, Miguel ~ the owner, is a gregarious and passionate aficionado of the very, very finest beef on the planet.
Like a symphony conductor, he performs table side carving the Galician, Spain wood-fired meat and then sauteing it in a cast iron skillet, creating a cloud of delicious steam.
His HUGE avocado and prawn salad drizzled with a delicate citrus vinaigrette is a culinary orgasm!
Christine's robust flavor bacon wrapped filet mignon was tender enough to cut with a fork.
S'Albufera's locally grown fresh vegetable medley sauteed to al dente perfection and their fresh cut super crunchy potato cubes were the perfect accompaniments.
Bottom line__________Miguel's is the most exceptional kilo porterhouse I have ever feasted on.
We wholeheartedly recommend S'Albufera and salute them with their most deserved *!!!

The super kind and affable owner is definitely Agent 003 ~ Meat Maestro Miguel.
Roasted over specially selected almond wood, my kilo of "chuleton" (bone-in ribeye) was out of this world tender and juicy, and Christine's bacon-wrapped filet medallions were again absolutely world-class.
We have attached a photo of Miguel's phenomenal locally grown avocado, tomato, julienne apple and freshly caught jumbo prawn salad drizzled with a delicate citrus vinaigrette.

You'd be forgiven for thinking this was just yet another of the samey restaurants that line this part of town as it looks no different from afar. However, once seated, you're greeted by very friendly staff, a lovely interior at the back towards the spotless toilets and can enjoy a laid back and friendly atmosphere.
The menu can be a little pricey as most things on there will set you back around 20 Euros a meal minimum, however they're worth every penny. Our table enjoyed the mixed grill, Lamb Chops, Filet Mignon and Fillet Steak and every plate was clean by the end. The drink options are wonderful, including soft drinks, wines, beers and sangria.
