Hotel&Bar Ducay — Restaurant in Olite/Erriberri

Paid 50 Euros fro the night of August 30. The hotel is actually known as Hotel Ducay.||||PRO: ||Price. Inexpensive as this is small town.||Location - In the main square, 150 meters from the main attraction, the Royal Palace of Olite. ||Restaurant - one of the main venues in this small town. Average to good food. ||Parking - you will find free parking on the main road, 100 meters away.||Bathroom - much better condition than the room itself, good size.||Good Wi-Fi throughout the building||||CONS: ||The reception is not attended after 8:30.||No elevator, small building.||Very small rooms, most rooms do not face the main square as pictures show. Tiny TV, awkward located on the side wall, see pictures.No room for a fridge.||Ok for breakfast but slow service at the restaurant during dinner. Restaurant opens for dinner at 8:30 PM. Awful site to eat in. First, the waitress kicked two people out of a table to sit us in. They were not polite or nice at all with us either. Then, we were informed we could only eat daily menu. After first plate, it took 30 solid minutes to the second. Once we were done with it, another 15 for pre-made desserts, one of which was not the type of cake they show in the menu. The place is a mess, the food quality is pretty poor in comparison with others in the zone, and the waitresses doesn't even know what should they attend to that's why the bar was completely full of dirty dishes and empty bottles all along the time we were here as its shown in the picture. I'd never come back and I encourage all people not to do so.

Ps. I've seen the owner usually replys bad reviews with a deplorable arrogance, which turns this bad place into a bad place with pathetic and bad mannered owners. Shame on you guys, accept you're doing it wrong instead trying to justify yourselves like you try to do, and offer a good service if you don't...
