Comensales: pareja Comanda: croquetas variadas (entrante) y rape con salsa de azafrán y carrilleras al vino (platos principales). Bebida: 2 copas de vino tinto de la localidad y agua con gas. Postres: torrija y mouse de cuajada. Atiende: camarera. Profesionalidad y rigor. Salva al restaurante del fracaso estrepitoso.
Descripción: CROQUETAS: poco crujientes y rebozado simple, demasiada bechamel, sabor poco interesante.
RAPE: en la carta pone que lo sirven con salsa de azafrán. Sin embargo, lo sacan aceitoso con aceite de mala calidad y unos atisbos de perejil.
CARRILLERA: carne jugosa en una salsa de vino poco conseguida. Nada especial.
VINOS y AGUA: adecuados al precio
TORRIJA: pan de poca calidad hecho torrija. Buen sabor pero las características de textura y sabor son pésimas respecto al precio.
CUAJADA: quemada y con sabor químico. Para tirar.
Durante la comida advierto a la camarera de que el rape viene con una salsa distinta a la descrita en la carta, sin azafrán. Me ofrece cambiarme de plato. No acepto su propuesta por no desperdiciar el pescado ya comenzado y porque mi acompañante ya tenía su plato servido.
En la cuenta ME COBRAN EL RAPE CON LA SALSA DE AZAFRÁN QUE NO LLEVABA. Al dirigirme al encargado dice que al no haber querido aceptar el cambio, ha de cobrarme el plato como bueno y completo.
CONCLUSIÓN: NO RECOMENDABLE. BAJA RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO. Destacar que se tiene en cuenta que cometer errores es normal, pero no ofrecer respuestas adecuadas ante la situación que ha creado ese error es lo inadecuado. ——————————————————————

Diners: couple Comanda: various croquettes (starter) and monkfish with saffron sauce and cheeks in wine (main courses). Drink: 2 glasses of local red wine and sparkling water. Desserts: torrija and curd mouse. Serves: waitress. Professionalism and rigor. Save the restaurant from dismal failure.
Description: CROQUETTES: not very crunchy and simple batter, too much bechamel, uninteresting flavor.
MONK: The menu says that they serve it with saffron sauce. However, they make it oily with poor quality oil and a few hints of parsley.
CHEEK: juicy meat in a rare wine sauce. Nothing special.
WINES and WATER: suitable for the price
TORRIJA: low quality bread made torrija. Good flavor but the texture and flavor characteristics are terrible compared to the price.
CURD: burnt and with a chemical taste. To throw.
During the meal I warn the waitress that the monkfish comes with a different sauce than the one described on the menu, without saffron. He offers me a change of plate. I did not accept his proposal so as not to waste the fish already started and because my companion already had his dish served.
