My wife slipped on a large,transparent piece of plastic that had fallen off one of their displays. If had apparently only been pushed aside instead of being removed by a vigilant employee. The Mrs got away with a sprained underarm, possibly a broken toe, and a damaged knee. And the store manager, did give her the asked for ice, BUT REMAINED SILENT AND DID NOT CHECK ON HER WHILE WE FINISHED OUR MEALS. To me this is beyond bad. Food was good, but experience with service was the worst in my life. I ordered in kiosk, but it didn't print my receipt, and when I told them they only said, they don't speak english, and thats all. When we wanted to pick up the order, it turned out that there was one burger missing, so I told the staff that one burger was missing, and they asked for the receipt, which I didn't have, and they told my yhat they did alright with order. I tried to explain as simply as possible that we ordered "two crisps and 1 veggie", so they told me to wait 3 minutes, and then I get my veggie burger. Then I saw stickers on burgers, two crispy had "1 of 3" and "2 of 3", so our missing burger had "2 of 3" and our number of order. If you don't speak spanish, don't go to...

El peor, PEOR Burger King en el que he estado. Los empleados son bordes a no poder más, sobretodo la chica bajita.

Tardan más de 20 minutos en darte la comida si el quiosco funciona y pides mediante el. Si pides en la caja habitual ya te puedes preparar porque vas a tardar bastante más.

Parece que están haciéndote un favor el estar ahí comiendo.

Recomiendo mil veces más comer en otro restaurante cercano, el de pollo o el kebab o el 100 montaditos que en esa basura de burger king, que está ahí puesto porque tiene que haber de todo, pero realmente tienen que cambiar al personal.

Os diría que fueses a otro burger king cercano, pero los de Torrevieja centro no son micho mejores.
