So pity if i have to leave a negative feedback on someone business but i had experience quite disappointed dinner. The first waiter approached us was unfriendly. I order Japanese salad and expected something fresh, light for starter but we got very salty processed seaweed. I could barely eat it. The shrimp with bamboo shoot was a big disappointment with too much cooked oil( I guess it is Chinese fried style but I don’t want to eat shrimp bath in oil), hardly to find bamboo shoot, luckily the shrimp were small but fresh. My husband order the duck and it was quite sweet, he didn’t enjoy his food also. For our son he got the hamburger, my husband concerned about the mincemeat steak inside hamburger cos it looks still pinky and raw, but we wouldn’t want to bother the “unfriendly “ waiter so we end up took the steak off the burger. Good new that he was fine without stomach problem, so i just hope later the chef will check the steak carefully before it served. I think we may just unlucky to order the foods that not meet our expectations, but there are many things need to improve in...
Read moreWell I dont really know how to frame my comments went here today at 4 30ish and sat outside because we have a small dog. The young man serving today lacked any social skills he almost threw our cutlery place mats and menus at us. We should have left at that point but really wanted to try the food. The food though very tasty was unfortunately cold as were the serving plates. I asked to speak to the manager but apparently there was no one there to speak to. The excuse was that having to bring food outside means it is cold. This I feel could be remedied by hot plates. We had coffee rather than a dessert and when he brought it he commented that it was 'hot' his attitude fell far short of satisfactory and smacked of disrespect something we rarely see in Asian restaurants Sadly we wont go again even though most of the...
Read moreBeen going to Yaho's since it oened...the food is excellent and yummy. The owner is excellent...however the compromise is that the staff are not happy and walk around with miserable faces... the service given is extremely poor. It took nearly 15 minutes to get my first drink tonight...I was also put in a section away from the other diners with no air conditioning....why? I asked for a dip with my starter, but it was forgotten...my waitress never smiled once....i felt like I was a burden to her.... The food is lovely, the owner is too...but the compromise with Yaho is that the staff are miserable.. In the time it has been open...I had probably 1 good waitress (European) and 1 extremely good waiter (asian)...however that was a good while ago. Go for the food..and expect nothing else..and you can't...
