I have been a customer for several years now. Never was too happy but Olé did much better than my previous internet provider. That said, the recent service interruptions certainly deserve 1 star. Not a single informing e-mail to the users about the problem, no apologies to the unhappy customers who left reviews here on Google Maps and the 902 phone number to pay again to fix something you have already paid for! Twitter is inactive since 2013.
My screenshot of the speed test (1 Mbps instead of contracted 3 Mbps) was deleted from this business listing.
Sent them an email and left a request in the office in person. Their specialist came two days after that and tried to fix the problem. Unfortunately it didn't help - cuts all the time and 1mbs/s speed now.
The word "comunicacíon" should be dropped from the name :)

We have tried to cancel his account and despite emails and phone calls Ole are still taking money from his account. We have been told today that we can't stop paying as we have the equipment, we offered to get a neighbour to collect it so Ole could pick it up but were told "no you bring it to us", we were also told if we cancel the d/d with the bank "we will be found".
