Munchies — Restaurant in Orihuela

Couldn’t recommend this place anymore. My boyfriend and I have come here most days whilst on our holiday. The food is always lovely and very good value for what you get. We are always served by the loveliest waitress with light hair and a heart necklace which says Dylan. She is a great asset to your restaurant she’s delightful, attentive, hard working and should be praised for her work. We’ve also had the older lady with glasses who is friendly and a lovely waitress. Unfortunately the other girl with darker hair I believe her name might be hailey as that’s what it said on our bill is honestly not so friendly a bit more ruder which is a shame but your other two waitresses were incredibly delightful and make up her lack of friendliness. We came in as a group of 8 around 11.50am for brunch. Munchies was not overly busy but we waited nearly an hour for food and it was simple food like smashed avocado and nachos. For the price you pay, the portions are not large nor are they of decent quality. For what you get, you could make better at home for cheaper. Coffee tasted like instant packet coffee not barista made and one of the iced coffees was served with no ice. We sent one dish back as the bread has some soggy substance on the bottom and they still made us pay for the dish. Would not recommend eating...

We had breakfast two days ago and were surprised and very pleased to have finally a nicely served and absolutely delicious Egg Royale (Benedict) and Mushroom Benedict here in this area. We have been to some different places already as we love Egg Benedicts and sadly to say, that most places do not care about the look nor the taste of the dishes 😔 There was a Scottish lovely lady who served us and found time for nice chats and even suggestions… Sorry forgot her name (K…?).
