I don't eat pasta so cannot comment on that. However its not good practice to cover meat in sauce so that was not for me.

The others in the group felt the pasta was average.

When the table orders another round of drinks be sure to hold onto your glass - my Unfinished glass 1/3rd full was promptly removed in a blink of an eye while my attention was elsewhere.

They automatically award a 10% tip. The bill does not clearly itemise a monetary value for what they are taking for a tip. It's just the discrepancy between total value of ordered items and the total - seems devious and not appreciated.

Update. Had to return- the group wanted itallian and were kean for this place.

Meatball starter were a very odd texture. Very unpleasant. Main course mediocre. However a positive- they have take off the 10% service charge they awarded themselves eventhough the service and food did not merit it. It's far better to leave a tip rather than be charged for an undeserved service charge. They would not have a customer it they didn't provide service therefore its not the customers job to pay for service.

I was there last night with a family party of 6, no reservations, place was packed, but no problem, large round table for seating 8 was given, couldn't believe our luck. Drinks were there within 5 minutes😃(I've waited longer in a pub for one pint). We had a variety off pizza's and pasta's. Large portions and size and absolutely delicious. You won't leave feeling hungry😉. As for the staff, 1st class, make you feel like they have known you for years, even taking time to talk and laugh with the 2 kids about there choices🌟🌟. What we guessed was a glass partitioned off party room to the side of us, astonished us. No! It was the end of the night, and all spare staff start in there, folding piles of fresh napkins, polishing cutlery to a gleam for the next day, all laughing and smiling🫡. The bill, say about €25 per head, I felt like I should put on a robbers mask paying it😄. Superb food, drinks, staff, atmosphere, and price. You couldn't ask for anymore. So disappointed!

We made a reservation for New Years Eve more than two and a half months in advance. Got to the restaurant and got seated in the patio (the entrance to the restaurant and outside of the main restaurant with plastic chairs etc.). Since we were disappointed with the seating we spoke to the manager about this but she said she couldn't do anything about it. She said that since we didn't request to sit inside the restaurant when we made the reservation there was nothing to do (the restaurant was also fully booked because of New Years) and she couldn't change our seating. I assumed that when making a reservation that far in advance we were gonna get seated INSIDE the restaurant and not outside. Honestly, this is a joke. After speaking with the manager (who apparently couldn't do anything about this) we left. This totally ruined our New Years Eve. Sorry to say but this restaurant lacks all sense of service. The restaurant should really take this in consideration since we've been returning customers throughout the years but after this we're not...
