An absolute horror show of a restaraunt.

How to begin ???

We arrived received no menus after 10 mins

We had no napkins on the table until the 2nd course (which we had to ask for).

We had 2 waiters -one was lovely but one blonde young lady was horrifically rude straight off the bat.

The liquified Lobster Croquettes were terrible and pricey.

The lobster was over cooked and tasteless as a result.

The garlic butter sauce was laughably bad.

We asked for a macchiato (which we understand to be not common in certain restaurants in Spain - but we were told no problem we can do one - followed by a tall white latte with cream 😂 then an angry Blond waitress when we dared to suggest it wasn’t what we ordered).

In summary for a 277 Euros Bill,

The young Blond girl In particular is a terrible waitress, rude and a reason in itself not to go.

To top it off they forgot to bring the bill and we had to go to the counter to ask.

WATCH OUT: waste of money and absolute disappointment. Awful service and rubbery, overcooked lobster.

We had booked this restaurant for our final night in the area as it's my parents' favourite. We had to send a steak back because it came out charcoal instead of medium, the replacement was thrown on the table and didn't come with any of the sides. The lobster was dry, tasteless and rubbery, although the soup and crab had some more flavour. Worst of all, however, was the attitude of the manager after we complained. She got extremely defensive, did nothing to try and remedy the situation, and rudely told us that there are plenty more customers out there and she didn't care that we were going home unsatisfied. Of course, we understand that things can go wrong in the kitchen, and it would have been fine if one of the waiters at least checked on us to see if everything was ok/make it right if it wasn't. But, when the bill comes to almost €300, you expect at the very least great service, and it was dreadful. We will not be returning. There are much better places to eat in the area with decent service. Don't waste...

Updated - Travelled over an hour for a nice here and it's closed even though it's open on Google. Pretty disappointed to be honest

For my birthday, my parents and my husband brought me here in the day time. It was delightful, overlooking the sea, the sun was beating down. On arrival the staff were amazing, proffessional and knowladgeable. I ordered the lobster royal, Dad some white fish, mum some salmon and the hubby paella. All of the food was simply amazing but the best was my lobster royal, worth every single penny. The lobster cappuccino was delightful, the lobster fresh and succulent. I've never eaten lobster from the shell, it was so fun cracking open and finding the meat. So delicious. So fresh, a fantastic all round experience. Well done everyone at the lobster, you got one very happy...
