Four of us arrived for the Early Bird menu which consists of Poppadums & dips, a starter, main, side (nan or rice), glass of beer or wine, then a dessert or coffee - all for 14 Euros.
There's certainly plenty of choice, in some ways too much: the list of starters went on for four pages, and the list of mains was pretty comprehensive. I went for the shish kebab starter, but found the kebab slightly bland - I expected it to be a bit more spicy or minty. The included beer was a 200ml glass of Estrella, so I ordered a pint afterwards.
My main was a Chicken Jalfrezie (and when the waiter asked if I wanted it spicier, I indicated I would) and my colleague had Chicken Rogan Josh. We split and mixed a nan and lemon pilau, which was ample sides for both of us. I hoped my curry was going to have a bit of a kick but we found both ours near-identical; they were okay, but still felt a bit plain - no sliced chillies or real outstanding memorable bite for mine.
In all, felt quite bland and mediocre, was expecting something with a bit more punch. I'll certainly return for another meal, but will look at picking...

We are big fans of spicy food and this dish is always 10/10. Not to mention everyone here will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home.
