We had a lovely dinner at Mamma Mia in Costa Calma and would definitely return!

The restaurant is tucked away in a courtyard, which gives it a cozy and relaxed feel. We sat by a window with a nice view outside — the atmosphere was charming. Inside, the décor leans a bit toward rustic, and while it might benefit from a small refresh in the future, it didn’t bother us at all and added to the charm.

The food was fantastic and served in generous portions. The sole was especially excellent — fresh and full of flavor. The pizza was also very tasty. Everything came out hot and well-prepared. We even got a complimentary shot at the end, which was a very nice touch!

The staff were kind and attentive, though you could tell they were quite busy — it got a little hectic inside at times, but they still made an effort to look after everyone.

Price-wise, it was amazing. We were both full and happy, and the total was just around €30 — great value for money!

One small downside: the restroom didn’t have hand towels or toilet paper when I went in, but once I mentioned it to a waiter, they restocked it right away.

All in all, a great little spot with good food, warm service, and a welcoming vibe. We...

It's a tragedy really. The restaurant menu looked amazing and the staff were nice but the food was unbelievably greasy and over seasoned. We ordered the mixed tapas as a starter and the seafood paella as the main. I could only handle 3 bites before shoving my plate away. The tapas starter was alright but the paella.. my god, the grease was overwhelming, the shrimp was severely overcooked and the rice was so heavily over seasoned that I felt ill after leaving. I've had paella several times in Spain and they were always amazing so this was a serious disappointment. We asked for our bill and after 15 minutes of waiting we asked again by another waiter who finally brought it. After he took our cash, we had to wait another 15 minutes before he came back with our money. I'm normally patient and have no problem waiting but the restaurant was maybe halfway full and the waiters were running around in a panic. Maybe they were new or they simply can't handle more than a few customers at a time. Sad to say I won't come back or recommend because it looks like a nice hole-in-the-wall type...

Delicious vegetarian options. As a pure vegetarian, I don't eat eggs or fish. This restaurant was my go to for my stay in Costa Calma. We had Vegetarian spaghetti, margarita pizza which was thin crust ( super light and delicious). We also tried their fresh baked bread with aioli. The food was really fresh and delicious. Spaghetti was with mixed vegetables including brocolli, onions, tomato. It was juicy but not overloaded with any pre cooked sauce. They serve extra virgin olive oil and vinegar and chilli oil on side with cheese to add as per your taste. You can also add salt and pepper as per taste. The bread was two pieces in one plate order and was warm and fresh. Also had tomato soup which was made fresh with little tomato chunks. It was really creamy and heavy but yummy. They serve cheese on side too if you are vegan.Visited twice during my stay in Costa calma and highly recommended if you are looking for vegetarian options. They also had variety of meat and fish but as a vegetarian I...

We went here quite spontaneously. This restaurant is located in some kind of restaurant-district, in which a few more restaurants are located (probably 3 to 4 more). We’ve ordered a pizza and a plate of tapas. Service was fast and friendly. The food looked a bit old fashioned and of mid- to low quality, which on the other hand leads to cheap prices. From my POV pricing is okay, but it’s nothing fancy nor modern. The atmosphere was unfortunately not good. Half of the terrace is smoking area, so if you don’t like that, you’ve to seat yourself inside or on the other part of the terrace. The view from here is not great, your looking into an old and hardly used basement. If you don’t want to spend to much money, probably it’s worth I visit. We didn’t regret to take a quick lunch here, but wouldn’t come back either.
