We were looking for a nice coffee shop with good coffee and thought that a place named after Berlin, where the coffee culture is great, would also be great. It isn’t bad here and the service is super nice but it is definitely aimed at German tourists looking for things well known back at their homes. The cake was okay, but kind of old fashioned, and the coffee was average and definitely not something we would come back for. Conservative Germans can add a star or two to my rating, people looking for a modern coffee shop should look elsewhere.

I definitely recommend this place. Very good food, fresh bread and delicious desserts. The ladies who serve were very nice, especially the lady who spoke Spanish, German, but also Polish. Perfect place for breakfast with a beautiful view.

Es steht nirgends etwas von Self Service, aber anscheinend gibt es auf der Terrasse Tische, die nicht bedient werden. So sind wir dann eben doch nach etwas mehr als 30 Minuten wieder rein gegangen und haben unseren Latte Macchiato drinnen direkt bestellt. Dieser wurde uns dann sogar raus gebracht und hat gut geschmeckt. Allerdings hatten wir aufgrund der längeren Wartezeit keinen Appetit mehr auf eines der leckeren Stück Kuchen in der Auslage. So an und für sich ein nettes Café mit freiem Blick Richtung Meer und Dachterrasse und somit auch eine Empfehlung für einen Besuch, aber man sollte deutlicher machen, wo eine Bedienung zum Tisch kommt und wo man ignoriert wird.

Decent food, not fresh though. Don't bother going if you're not German or Spanish. They get annoyed if you try to order in another language. Got my order wrong then aggressively punched the till when she had to make a change....
