Unbeatable seafront location overlooking local fishing boats. We had to reserve a table on a September Monday lunchtime as it was very busy. The waiter accepts same day reservations made in person. There was an acceptable wait for our fresh fish to be grilled. We had a bream and a seabass. They were a decent size and a reasonable 25 Euros each. They came only with half a grilled tomato and some skinny fries. But, if you enjoy fish as much as we do that's fine. Some fresh lemon to squeeze would be an easy to make improvement. The waiter was a busy man but I did not feel unwelcome as some reviewers have stated. Perhaps if they tried speaking Spanish or Catalan it might help. We had a couple of glasses of wine. My wife enjoyed the house rose, I didn't rate the house white as highly. Finally, an issue that I don't think the restaurant can do anything about, but just to note, I did get fed up chasing the many flies away from our dinners. Otherwise I'd have rated the atmosphere a 5. I would certainly...
Read moreThis was the best meal we've had in Catalonia. Fresh seafood, simply but beautifully prepared. The quality of the ingredients in the dishes we ate were like no other we've had on our travels in the region. The asparagus, esqueixada/salted cod and sardines were beautiful. Wonderful staff and service. Our hotel owner recommended the restaurant so we booked in the afternoon for an 8pm table and were seated with views of the beach and harbour. A meal we will definitely remember. Would return again...
Read moreMuy buen restaurante.
