Al Faro Beach — Restaurant in Palma

Great location with nice views of boardwalk and the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I sat outside to soak up the sun and enjoy some lunch with a view. From the first contact to the end I was treated with smiles laughs and great service! My waitress was Ava she was beyond sweet and her smile and knowledge of the menu was very helpful. On a funny note ... she did try to get me tipsy by accidentally ordering a pitcher of sangria when I originally only ordered a glass for myself. We all got a good laugh even the customers next to me thought it was funny. We blamed the intense glare of the sun that blocked her vision on the iPad. I can’t say enough that besides the food which one can not go wrong on anything on the menu ( I had the red tuna poke bowl it was absolutely delish)! As well as I had cheesecake in the glass with strawberries omg Haven in a glass! I was very impressed with the selection of food the quantity of the food and the customer service, cleanliness or restaurant in and outside as well as the friendless of the servers . If I’m ever back to Mallorca I will definitely be stopping by. Thank you Ava for making my day with your friendly smile and great service. Words aren’t enough to express the flavours and the rhythms that Al Faro Beach brings to your palate — every bite was like a dance of perfectly balanced ingredients, crafted with precision and passion. From the starter to the main, everything was exquisite. You could tell there was real attention to detail in how each flavour was paired and presented. The portion sizes were generous too — satisfying without being overwhelming.

The service was just as impressive as the food — quick, efficient, and genuinely warm. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and clearly proud of what they do. Their pleasant energy added to the relaxed, seaside atmosphere and made the experience even more enjoyable.

We didn’t even make it to dessert (we’ll definitely be back for that!), but the entire evening left us completely blown away. My two 18-year-olds loved it, and even my 12-year-old couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was.

To put it in perspective — my 18-year-old daughter, who’s a complete foodie, was literally dancing while she ate. That food hit differently — when a meal makes you dance, you know it’s special! She was even sneaking bites from everyone’s plates because everything...

So we started off at a very good start here. The waitress was really friendly, took our order ( Tuna Tatar, a chicken burger and A plate with padron, squid and gambia + a cola zero and Caipirinha).

Now during the food as we were seated inside near the wall (where they place soy sauce, salt pepper etc) we spotted a coackroach that made its way to our table.

I immediately reported this to one of the waiters who came and killed it. As a courtesy we were offered free drinks or a dessert which we kindly refused. The bill came and they had given us a discount for the drinks

The issue is not money here at all, but rather the fact that One of the waiters said that it was a first time. But checking reviews here on Google it seems this has happened before A serious hygeine issue at a place where they serve raw fish.. The staff did not handle the situation appropriately
