Sirocco — Restaurant in Palma

We were really looking forward to this meal mainly because of the fish/seafood/paella options. Unfortunately the service from who we think was the main owner was poor, no smiles or communication. Only when giving the bill he felt the need to explain the bill and be polite. I had the black paella, it tasted okay but had sand in it and there were mussels not fully open or loose in the dish, I'm now worried I will end up with bad stomach. The paella was also quite sparce with the rice and you couldn't see what you were eating because it really was 'black'. Probably didn't help that they served it in a black dish. I left still feeling hungry which is the first during this holiday and we've been here a week already. My husband had the fish combo which was nice. Beautiful Restaurant in a Stunning Location

We love dining at this restaurant. The location right by the beach is absolutely beautiful, and the service is always friendly and attentive.

What we really appreciate is how family-friendly it is: children can safely play by the beach while the adults enjoy their meal in peace. When ordering one pizza for two kids, it's thoughtfully served on two equal plates – no arguments necessary!

If you don’t like a dish, you're welcome to choose something else without any fuss – a great service!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. We waited well over 1 and a half hours for the food to arrive, when we were starving from the very beginning. When we sat down, it took them 5 minutes just for them to give us the menu. Everything seems so slow in the restaurant with no priority for the customers. After they finally took down our order, we didn't hear any cooking until 1 hour later. Food was mediocre. I also ordered a bottle of still water (which the waiter poured for me in a glass). I looked at the bottle afterwards, and it looked pre-opened and used.. not sure about that.. (see pic). Honestly not sure how they can do...
