Sa Ximbomba makes authentic napolitana pizzas! Start with some appetizers (our favorites are the unique boquerones with the tartar sauce and fried cheese with fig jam) and pam bolis then pizzas, calzones and fried pizza! They use excellent ingredients, always so fresh and just over the top flavors! Personally, I love the diávola and the buratta pizzas. You can end your meal with their classic tiramisu 🤍 And the location and atmosphere is great. Two options, outdoor such a beautiful setting when it’s sunny to dine under their garden terrace, or evenings when it can be romantic. The indoor is also an experience, with lots of vintage memorabilia, very family friendly (pets too) Most of all the STAFF are amazing! Alex the owner is so warm to every guest and he really goes the distance to make sure, each dish that came out is perfect! This is our go to place. Not a month goes by without us...

This has always been one of my favorite pizzerias on the island, especially for the atmosphere, super cozy, original, and full of vintage charm. The decor is unique, with so many cute, Instagrammable corners. It’s a place I’ve always loved coming back to. We hadn’t been in a while, simply because we weren’t in the area, but today we went back and were a bit disappointed. The pizza wasn’t as good as we remembered,still decent, but something felt off. Also, the entire staff seemed new,we didn’t recognize anyone, which took away some of the familiar vibe we loved. The coffee was unfortunately burnt, which you really don’t expect from an Italian place. We left a bit let down, but I’m still giving 4 stars because this spot has meant a lot in the past. We went here as we were staying at a villa very near by, and the hostess said I was a nice place to go.

We got there as they opened and we were the only ones there, and we ordered some drinks which were nice and cold just what we needed after a hot day full of travelling. The staff seemed nice and on hand to answer any questions which we thought may change as it got busier.

We ordered our our starters and mains and the waitress recommended the grilled cheese and fig jam, and I can say she knows the food well as It was amazing 😉 The pizzas then came and you could just taste how fresh they were, and the flavours are amazing!! And the Service was a high standard all night
