⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came here around 4.30 PM after reading the great Google reviews, looking for some tasty tapas, and we weren’t disappointed! 😋 The kitchen was still open (tapas only - perfect!), and we were able to grab a lovely table outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. Marcello, our server, was incredibly friendly and hospitable from the moment we sat down. He took the time to explain the menu and recommended a few dishes, letting us know that the portions were quite large—a heads-up we really appreciated! 🙌
We ended up ordering the chorizo sausages, Andaluza-style calamari, croquettes, and two sangrias 🍷. The food arrived quickly, and the portions were very generous, especially for the quality and price. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. The sangrias were the perfect refreshing touch to go with the meal.
If you’re looking for a place with delicious food, warm and friendly service, and great value for your money, this spot is a must-visit. Marcello really went above and beyond to make our experience special, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly...

Firstly Marcelo and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We had our little baby boy with us and they managed to keep him smiling through our whole dinner which a was an absolute bonus.
The food is amazing!! We wanted to order nearly everything off the menu but we were advised to settle for two dishes each due to portion size and it’s a good thing we did. The chicken croquettes are beautifully fried with a crispy shell and a smooth chicken a potato filling that is the perfect balance. Meatballs are large and the quality of the meat s a real standout. The sauce is thick with a balance of flavour that compliments the meat and potatoes. Lastly the chicken tacos are a must. The shredded chicken on top of a crispy tortilla was a nice ending to our tapas at Arux.
Don’t miss this place out next...
Read moreWarm and friendly service from Marcelo and his team. Very family friendly and chatty. There are no menus or prices so it can add up quite quickly as these are not tapas prices but slightly larger plates or raciónnes. As a guide, the plates we had ranged from €9.50 (patatas bravas) to €11, with 6 plates good for a family of four. Beer was fine, although a bit steep at €5.50 a pinta, and desserts were lovely and priced at €7.50. Of course there is the fixed 10% on top of everything so in reality expect to spend €25 to €35 a head if staying for desserts too... Family will love it but your wallet may not! Still lovely for a treat but there are other tapas places with more variety and better value. I also think all restaurants should have menus and be up front about their prices to allow customers to make their choices carefully and plan their meals to suit...
