We’ve been in Puerto Pollensa all week and staying at the Duva Spa. Originally worried as it wasn’t close to the delightful front I know and love but Bar Aries….wow. Wonderful, kind and warm staff that make you feel part of the family! Keyla can’t speak much English but that’s all part of the fun! Food wasn't bad but it's definitely not the best paella in this town. We placed an order, the waiter brought our drinks and... disappeared for 45 mins. When we saw him again, my wife kindly asked how long we have to wait for our food. He asked the chef and told us "15 mins more"!! When I told him that it's ridiculous, he was very rude and even shouted on me. So, to sum up - food was good, not the best, not bad, just good. Service was horrible. It was a pleasure to eat at this little restaurant. The Restaurant of our hotel was closed there fore we was send to the Aries Bar for the half pension. Dawid the owner of the Place was one of the kindest person I've ever met. He cared very much on us. He even giftet our daughter a Coloring Book. The food was delicous and fresh every day.
