100 Montaditos — Restaurant in Pozuelo de Alarcón

My partner has talked about this place a lot- theoretically a great, cheap, fast and fun option for a quick dinner. We got a couple of the sample plates and were able to try 5 or 6 of the bocatas (bread/sandwich with a kind of topping - usually meat). The fancier sandwiches, like pulled pork with bbq sauce and crispy onion, were very nice! The chilled glasses were also great for my beer. This location though was quite disorderly and unkept (it was a busy night it seemed? Sunday evening - not sure how it is on a Friday or Saturday night though) - the soap in both bathrooms broken, toilets not clean, tables dirty.. We ordered and unfortunately there were at least 6 others with our same name and our food seemed to be misplaced...

Realmente disgustada. Me encanta el 100 montaditos, y por lo general en cualquier otro solo esperas un tiempo razonable, o ni eso, y te sirven todo a los 10 minutos, pero en este tienen muchísimo descontrol, la barra para pedir estaba que no daba a basto porque solo había un chico atendiendo, con una cola que se salía del restaurante, los camareros iban recogiendo mesas a su ritmo, y la joya de la corona ha sido la cocina en la que había 6 o 7 personas contadas, y por falta de organización nos han tenido a todos esperando media hora o más para recoger las comandas, no se enteraban, algún montadito lo han dado a medias de hacer, a las personas que teníamos delante les han dado de menos y llevaban mucho más tiempo esperando que nosotros, se les han acabado las cajas de comida para llevar, te llamaban y luego te decían que no tenían preparada tu comida.......

Just like any other restaurant in this franchise, they will serve you bread but charge you for food. They also crank the mic's gain to the max, and have a nasty voiced woman yelling names into it, so the speakers will make you deaf whenever she calls a name, which happens...
