The place works as a busy town cafe that roasts their own coffee. My review is in regards to the cafe as a speciality coffee and my single experience.
The service is nice, but the waitress failed to know which coffee were they serving. Grains, roast date and other details were difficult to get.
The food is OK, I would recommend the mascarpone, tomato, pesto and nuts toast. The cheesecake wasn't to my personal taste, however the carrot cake was pretty good.
The coffee was a bit disappointing, the filter coffee came from a thermo, was not too warm, and the flavour was very diluted. The oat milk flat white had a bit of a disappointing flavour, speaking with the batista, seems like it's not the milk brand they use to have (Vemondo Oat Milk 0% non -barista edition), but it masked the flavour of the coffee very much. The coffee as a whole was watery too.
To their favour, I will remark that they had a throughput of 6 coffees a minute, so the business environment they are in, with such a big amount of dinners (around 40 seats) , makes it difficult to deliver better quality coffee on rush our.
I believe the time of the day you visit might impact the speciality coffee experience...

Not sure if Ribadeo is the right place for such high expectations of their customers and such a snobbish attitude... Loved the coffee, but made me feel...
