I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything from quality, service, menu and ambience is outstanding. Our waiter Miguel was outstanding. He helped us with the menu and suggestions. He was knowledgeable and engaging and made our evening one of the best nights out we have had. The food is amazing, great selection of fresh fish and meat, cooked to perfection. The ambience in the restaurant was wonderful, as Brits we were in early but it gradually filled to bursting by 10:00pm. The price is reasonable for such a great meal. Thank you Miguel, you are a credit to an outstanding restaurant.

I would without a doubt rate this as one of the best restaurants in the world. Best customer service, the restaurant has all the qualities of 5 star and the ambience is so welcoming. My best is when I asked for a glass of freshly made orange juice which is not in their menu, I was served with a best freshly made orange juice. Visiting Astrurias has warmed my heart beyond recognition... I can't wait again for my next visit....

Spectacular cuisine and service! 8 of us had food here and we really enjoyed it! I realised that the service was excellent when one of the writers brought us two bottles of cider but the waitress who was going to serve it noticed that one of them was not cold enough and changed it. The food was excellent and the atmosphere exceptional! You must try this place if you are in the area! We had fish and seafood.

It’s a very unique place it looks like an old cider place in the outside but is big and the restaurant have a nice view to the sea, the food is great and portions are very generous for the price, heads up, the cachopo is extrémalo big you can feed four people with one of those, additionally there are potatoes with a special cheese that are very yummy, I love it and recommend this place

Local muy bien situado en Ribadesella y con muy buena pinta con las peceras de mariscos. Elegimos el menú del día (40€ p.p.) que era bastante variado. Fabada y fabes con almejes de primero (plato, no sacan olla con el menú, ni aperitivo de cortesía), ambos espectaculares, muy buen sabor y punto de les fabes. De segundo optamos por el variado de pescados (bien, se nota que el pescado es de calidad, pero nada de otro mundo) y el entrecot, éste estaba muy bien de sabor pero parte de él no se podía comer por la cantidad de nervios de la pieza. De postre arroz con leche, también bueno aunque no lo caramelizan y frixuelo con chocolate (enorme y también rico). Recomiendo totalmente el local ya que se come muy bien, el servicio es atento (todo el rato pasando a escanciar más sidra) aunque 40€ por el menú me parece caro para el tipo de platos que incluye. Pero bueno, entiendo que se paga la calidad del local y su ubicación.

The mussel were undercooked, some of them were raw. Twice, they try to take out plates with food inside, maybe they don’t know when we stop eating we put cutlery “crossed”. We payed €80 for 2 plates of hale and a boiled mussels with beers. Too expensive for such a poor meal.
