The food was quite good (I had the sirloin and my wife had the salmon) my steak would have benefitted from a rest and the salmon slightly over cooked. The main problem was the lack of staff. We counted 3 servers, 1 barman and 2 in the kitchen. For a restaurant of this size they really should have more staff. We waited for at least 20 minutes for a menu. We stumbled upon this restaurant in Ribadesella by chance, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was lively and full of energy, and although it was crowded, we managed to find a spot. The food was excellent—big portions, delicious grilled vegetables, and perfectly cooked cod, so good that we came back the next day. I was not impressed by this sidrería at all. It was recommended by some friends, but to me it was disappointing. The food was mediocre at best. We ordered some grilled veggies that were alright, and some octopus that was not fresh and overcooked. The service was slow and messy. The waiters were all over the place, and forgot to bring you items. I ordered the dessert menu, and they forgot.
