Nolo's — Restaurant in Rojales

Wanted a good burger and has been looking at Nolo’s for some time so went there to check it out. Have seen many reviews on the XL burger so that was the one I wanted. Ordered it with fries and bbq sauce. Took some time but it was a bit packed but I noticed a few table there arrived after me got there food before me 🧐 The fries came first and wow they were probably some of the best fries I’ve had here in Rojales and nearby cities. The bbq sauce was definitely not homemade but a decent one so all okay. Then the burger was served. Double patties but I don’t know why they press all juicyness out of a burger. The meat get so dry and compact. Such a shame but not the only place during this. The brioche top bun was delicious but the bottom not so good as it get completely flat and also compact. I’ve had at least 20 takeaways from Nolos in the last year and everyone of them have been perfect. A group of friends and I decided to dine there one evening before a local fiesta, we was not disappointed. Great service from very friendly staff members. The smash burger is one of my favourite ever burgers …. Went there with my mother and her friend, and we can all say this is now one of our favorite place to eat at here in spain. It was amazing. The food was splendid good 👍.
