started off well, they knew it was a big birthday for me and gave us a lovely table and a banner up. got our drinks and starters OK and that's where it ends. we waited well over an hour between starters and mains which we had to chase 4x they offered a bottle of wine on the house for the wait!! we arrived at 1945 and still had not had our mains by 21.30! the kids were starving and to add insult when my daughters dinner arrived 10 -15mins later her nuggets were cold. not just a little cold they felt frozen!! when I took the plate to return and complain the plate was taken from me with no apology and only spoke to the kitchen staff in spanish. I was not told anything as to what was going to happen like how long it would take or an apology! They continued to bring out everyone else's meals and left my daughter sat there with no update. she ended up crying she was so hungry so I let her eat my chips and still no apology or offer of anything to feed her while she waited. everyone was nervous due to the extremely cold dish as we had ordered alot of seafood. it left a bitter note as a table arrived after us and sat next to us and had been looked after no end and were in and out 3 courses before we even got our mains. we couldn't get attention to even get our food. They also removed champagne glasses before we had even finished the bottle. this left a sour note to our evening and we left without a dessert and had to argue to get them to remove the cost of the child's frozen meal even though could have made her extremely poorly! its a shame as the starters were nice and mains were nice although lacking in accompanying sides, but not amazing and hard to enjoy so late and waiting so long. we will never be back and...

The scampi’s were scandalously small it’s like extra small and the taste fell flat, especially considering the price. This dish lacked the refinement and creativity we expected.

Main Courses: For the main course, we chose bacalao and solomillo. The solomillo was fine; well-prepared and tasty. However, the baked fish was disappointing. It seemed more steamed than baked, with an overly salty flavor and a rubbery texture. Additionally, there was no hint of garlic flavor, which was a key element in the dish's description. This made the experience even more frustrating, given our expectations.

Overall Impression: The initial impression of the restaurant was average. The atmosphere was lacking, primarily due to the simple decor and layout. It was also quite cold in February, which did not enhance the dining experience.

Conclusion: Overall, it was a mixed experience. While the carpaccio and solomillo were good, the scampi and baked fish left much to be desired. The flavors simply do not justify the prices being charged. Never again. Was sitting outside this evening to be told rather rudely to move as this table was reserved which didn't even have a reserved tab. Then asked if we had a reservation which we didn't. Again told rather rudely ' you sit over there' feeling like a child that has been told off and sit in the corner.Then it took 10 mins for menus to arrive. They never took a drinks order and asked if we wanted food. But wasn't told we had to order online. Still waiting for a drink order. After nearly 30 mins we got up and left still no drink order.
