Entredos — Restaurant in Salou

Me and my friend came yesterday for a sandwich with tuna fish. I didn’t eat anything before that day and about 20 min after leaving I got very very sick. We found out it was histamine poisoning from the tuna fish. My whole body was red, I was shaking and had palpitations. It was horrible. My friend’s sandwich was fine but the red flag was that she even ate some of mine because it tasted a bit weird for me so I didn’t finish it. She even said it tasted more sour, hers didn’t taste like that. I thought it was the sauce on top but after I got so sick. The next day I came by to say the tuna made me sick. Histamine postponing can happen to tuna before it gets in the can and the waiter said they just got it from the Spar. I tried to explain that I didn’t came in to say their food was bad or not fresh. Just that I got sick from the tuna and it was bad luck for them but specially for me because I got so sick. The one star is not for the poisoning, it’s for the behaviour of the waiter and (I think) the owner. They got mad and offended, like their ego got the biggest slap in their life, they put the blame on the supermarket, throws the tuna fish in the bin in front of my eyes and I had to calm them down and tried to tell them that I wasn’t trying to offend them, because they got so aggressive and mad. The waiter said very sarcastically with his hands up “I’m sorry you got sick”, his whole body in a stands that made it clear he didn’t mean a word from what he was saying. That was when I got angry and said “actually, I want my money back for the food because it made me sick and even if you put blame on the supermarket and even if it’s bad luck, In the end it is your responsibility to serve me food that doesn’t get me sick, that’s what I’m paying for.” Then he said “oh it is about the money, and angrily put cash money back in my hand. He gave me 1 euro too much and I wanted to give it back but he didn’t accept it. Said I was shaming him. I said it was not about the money, he said sarcastically that it was about the money. As if I was lying to get money back while it was small money. We’re on holiday, I’m not there to get money out of small cafes. We got in an awkward back and forth of giving the money until I gave up and left. Such a shame, their behaviour is unacceptable and looking at the other bad reviews and their responses on them they should learn a thing of two how to treat the customers who are paying their salary. Will not be surprised if this review is gonna get just as inconsiderate reaction...

Mesdames et messieurs, si il y a un bar ou il faut passer en venant à Salou c'est bien "l'Entredos ✨"

Arrivés après 5h de route ensoleillé ☀️ dans la pampa espagnole 🌡️pour rejoindre la côte est de ce merveilleux pays nous posons pied à terre donc ici, à Salou.

La faim nous appelait et nous cherchions quelque chose à se mettre sous la dent, il était 23h45 passé et toutes les cuisines fermaient petits à petits, quelques refus à droite à gauche 🛑, pas envie de glaces ou de gauffres.. et la ✨... Passant par hasard devant cet endroit nous décidons de nous y arrêter... Et quel bonheur !! Le patron de l'Entredos lui même, seul au service, qui accepte avec toute sa bienveillance de nous cuisiner des tapas et spécialités maison que nous avons dévorer avec tellement de joie !

Un service plus que généreux 🙏, un prix vraiment juste, une ambiance et une clientèle avec qui nous avons déconner tout le reste de la soirée 😅 et donc un homme du métier comme il est bon de rencontrer et qui nous fait vite ré-apprécier ce genre de moment de par son professionnalisme et sa véritable sympathie.

A mi pareja le apetecía un cocktail y paseando decidimos pararnos en la terraza de este local, ya que había publi fuera de que hacían cocktails, mojitos y copas. La sorpresa viene cuando le pedimos un San Francisco y su contestación es: "Hasta mañana no hacemos cocktails". La verdad que nos quedamos a cuadros porque siendo un sábado a las 8 de la tarde no te imaginas que te contesten eso y menos siendo un bar supuestamente "especialidado" en ello. Finalmente nos quedamos a tomar un café, que por cierto estaba malísimo y encima caro. Decepcionante. No volveremos. Tienen muy poca educación para estar de cara al público. Los perros ponen mejor cara que los...
