Fantastic place for dinner! The location is easy to miss because it’s in a multipurpose building with apartments as well as businesses including this restaurant. Located off the sidewalk on the first floor we walked into find a simple and elegant dining room run by very professional and courteous staff, including family members who own and run the establishment. We begin with sizable and tasty margaritas. Our dinner began with appetizers. My gazpacho arrived in a generous bowl with another plate featuring several small cups of various chopped peppers and onion for added texture to the soup. My friend’s salad was a beautifully curated palette of greens, tomato, hearts of palm, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, and more. Two generous first courses beautifully presented. For dinner, we shared a paella – rich, flavorful, and appropriately spiced – not too much or too little; the best we had on the islands. We expressed our delight to the waiter when refilling our glasses with rioja. An authentic and wonderful dining experience to end our five-day stay on the island. Wish we had time to return. Don't...

We ordered grilled king prawns and grilled squid after an entrée of tuna tartare: the kitchen offered us simple yet powerful cooking skills on fresh, amazing ingredients. All this for honest and affordable prices! We honestly feel sorry the location is so off the most popular paths, but for just a 10 mins drive from Maspalomas is definitely...
Read moreWhilst the dinner began in an organised fashion and we were seated properly, when the shellfish paella came we realised that the dish was severely lacking in said shellfish and it was woefully over-salted...seafood has plenty of natural salt, there's little requirement to add more. To add injury to insult, the prawns still had the black line poo running through them which was poor form and lazy by the kitchen - it seems as if the chef (or cook rather) has given up and is merely running through the motions. When the bill came, the shellfish paella cost €43! - Despite the fact that the menu clearly states €21.5 for a 2-person dish - it was scam-like really. Avoid - simply not worth the...
