Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience!!

I must express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to this restaurant. Despite our initial positive impression and the lovely service during a previous visit, our most recent experience was nothing short of a horror show.

Upon our arrival, we provided our name and reservation time, but what we encountered was far from pleasant. The table was filthy, setting the wrong tone for the evening.

To make matters worse, we had to repeatedly request assistance from the waitstaff as they seemed completely disorganized. The starter we ordered arrived cold, and my main course was also served cold, while my friend's seafood dish was overcooked.

Our drinks ran out, and there was a shocking lack of attention from the staff. It was frustrating to eat spicy food without any beverages, and we had to actively seek out a waiter for drinks. When they finally brought our drinks, they left the table in a messy state with a dirty knife, which we had to request to clean up the table.

We had to repeatedly request the same drink order, and getting the dessert menu required yet another request. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also deplorable - the table, the floor, and even the toilet were far from clean.

This experience was a far cry from our previous visit, and I regret ever deciding to return. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and strives to improve the quality of service and cleanliness...

We had a lunch at the restaurant since the reviews in here were positive. However, for me it was rather a big disappointment. Maybe that had a bad day or we choose wrong day (1/1/2022), however, I was not satisfied. Service: well they did what they could, I was actually sorry for waiters as in my opinion there should be at least one more waiter serving the tables in the rush lunch time we... however we got served later than gussets who came after us and we waited for drinks for 25 minutes while they forget about one completely. Food: we ordered four dishes. Three were good. But I ordered creamy rice with a pork shoulder. I got rice with peace of a raw pork over it. In my life I have never been served raw pork meat as it's generally unsafe to eat, so I naturally haven't asked for well done meat what I do with beef (as per my condition I can't eat anything raw). I asked them to grill meat property what they did, however after cutting it, meat was still rather pink, probably safe to eat (hoping they measured internal temperature) however I wouldn't dare to eat it. Then I discovered there is a bloody juice over rice. I put that part of the dish aside and ate just the rest of the rice because I would stay hungry (giving the total waiting time at the restaurant) if I ordered something else. I'm still feeling unsure if I shouldn't just return the meal counting the possibile diseases from consuming raw pork, but...

Very dissapointing. We sat there because of the location and quite promissing, modern menu. However, all of the food that was brought to us was very dissapointing, not having all that much in common with the description in the menu. The fried cheese was just a camembert in a breadcrumps. The papas bravas were potato wedges obviously from a bag from a freezer from a supermarket. The tuna tataki was an abonimation, not being marinated before in a soya sauce, served surprisingly on a mountain of rice. A ceviche... well let's say it wasn't a ceviche. It was a cold soup with a green colour with a fish so bland that it hadn't any taste. A service was just couple of very young guys without any experience and any contact...
