Pizzería Da Ángelo — Restaurant in San Cristóbal de La Laguna

On the outskirts of Santa Cruz (got there by car) this pizzeria is headed by Angelo, an Italian Argentinian chef who seems to have met all the VIPs on this planet (probably as a chef at his previous restaurant in a big Tenerife 5 star hotel - check out the pictures on the walls! pretty fun). The quality/price ratio is unbeatable seriously and the service is fast and efficient. The menu is good (went there twice to try new dishes) and the portions just HUGE. You'll probably notice how busy the kitchen and the staff is: these guys are super hard workers. You'll feel welcome and don't let the first impression of neon lit rooms discourage you, you'll have a good time for a hearty meal. Say hi to Angelo, he seems...

My girlfriend and I ate here today. As soon as we sat down, the waiter brought us 2 tasty bruschettas. We ordered 2 pizzas and a quesillo dessert. We were shocked when they brought us the pizzas. They were surprisingly HUGE and delicious. The quesillo dessert was also very tasty. The quality-price ratio is more than convenient. The personnel is polite and smiley, but unfortunately they do not understand English.

We had one of the best and biggest pizzas we have eaten so far in Tenerife. We will return...

Totalmente NEFASTO!!! Hice un pedido hace 1 hora y media el cuál es entendible por qué siendo de la zona conozco muy bien el local y se lo concurrido que suele estar. Después de intentar comunicarme con ellos 3 veces colgarme y darme largas lo he conseguido el cual le he preguntado por mi pedido y en lugar de decir que se han retrasado que es lo más habitual me intentan engañar diciendo que el repartidor se ha intentado poner en contacto conmigo cuando no es así... Diciéndole yo que he estado con el móvil en mano todo el rato pendiente si llegan antes. No obstante después de intentar mentirme en mi cara me dice que el repartidor está de camino a repartir otro pedido y que ahora me lo reparte a mí, en cuanto yo le digo que si llega frío no pienso pagar por algo que está frío... Algo que de la pizzería a mí casa son 2 min y excesivo el tiempo que digo... Aparte de eso me dice que me las arregle con el repartidor metiéndole el problema al repartidor el cual yo creo que no tiene culpa de que se hayan retrasado con el pedido Encima para no terminar así lo escucho por detrás del teléfono cuchicheando y comentando cosas que ni vienen a cuento pero bueno...
