We were looking for a kitchen for our new apartment in Tenerife. We are very satisfied with our experience with Dario and Tineke, who run the company together. From start to finish the service was perfect; the advice, planning, delivery and installation, with great attention to detail. We felt very welcome in the showroom and the employees took the time to understand our wishes. They listened carefully to what we found important. The selection in the showroom was varied, and we could see and feel different styles and materials, which made choosing easier. With the help of 3D visualization, we were able to view the kitchen in detail in advance before a final decision had to be made. Acudimos a Kvik para cambiar de cocina porque era el lugar que mejores reseñas habíamos encontrado en Tenerife. Desde la primera reunión con Emilio hubo una comunicación atenta, nos dieron el tiempo suficiente para decidir que era lo mejor para nosotros, escucharon nuestras preferencias y las pusieron en práctica. Nunca hubo una llamada o mensaje sin atender, nos hicieron sentir seguros todo el procedimiento. A la hora de prepararnos para la instalación nos recomendaron buenos profesionales. La fecha de entrega se cumplió e incluso cuando necesitamos modificaciones buscaron acomodarse lo más posible. En la instalación todo fue genial, solo hubo un incidente con una puertita de un armario pero sin ningún reparo quedaron en sustituirla.
