UPDATE - Vinissimo has responded to my review, apologied for the confusion re 2x1 promotion and offered me a bottle of wine on my next visit. Was very good of them to take the time to respond.

Further to my previous review.. this has been a regular haunt of ours now for a couple years. much to my disappointment recently they amended their opening hours and introduced a wine happy hour. Remembering we have been regularr visitors /customers here for 5 years, today was a HUGE disappointment. We arrived during happy hour, had several drinks & some tapas... service was at best mediocre, then when we asked for the bill were given a bill with the most expensive wines on the menu, when we questioned the 2 for 1 promotion we were told we had to specifically request the house wine!! in 5 years of visiting this place, i have NEVER been offered anything other than the house wine unless I specifically requested it!! Very disappointed, visited for drinks, specially thex2×1 promotion, but also also had tapas. not al all impressed with their new offering, and hours. we ordered further drinks at 4.20pm but were told they were closing, opening hours were until 5pm, but they actually closed up and left at 4.25pm... while we sat finishing our drinks, at least 4 or 5 other groups people arrived trying to access the place for food/drinks but everyone had left, WAY TOO early. Very let dowm /disappointment all around .. plenty other places to go, so 2 lost, regular customers

previous review.... today with a group of friends and was very good. Lovely salad 🥗 to start, then iberico ham croquettes which were a tiny bit on the salty side (but I must say the crispy brie looked amazing) then solomillo de cerdo con salsa de miel y mostaza. All delicious and for just 11.95 per person. You can add postre for just 1.50. Drinks not included. Would...

Didn't sleep last night because I ordered a decafinated cafe asiatico and the waitress gave me a regular one. Absolutely not acceptable! Food plated/units on plate are small but freshly made. When the bill came a botlle of wine we didn't have was added and the asiatico was missing...the dessert I ordered at the same time as the coffee was on the bill. The dessert comes from the kitchen staff and the waitress or waiter made the coffee. We advise you to check your bill before paying. When he came back with the adjusted bill he added the coffee and had deleted the botlle but added a glass of wine instead. Again we made a remark and he claimed he didn't see very well. Eventually our bill was correct and we paid, but we left with a bad feeling and the sleepless night confirmed something is wrong with the service in...

Fuimos a comer hoy (miércoles) mi marido y yo.
